What FGN collects

When you submit a request through an FGN.Business form, FGN collects the business contact details you provide, the details of your organization, and the information you enter about the opportunity you want to discuss.

FGN also records non-identifying context about the request, including which page the request came from, the campaign or referral source, the time of submission, and the version of the consent statement you acknowledged.

How FGN uses it

FGN uses the information to evaluate the request and connect you with the appropriate internal team. A named FGN owner receives the request and responds within two business days.

FGN does not sell the information. Information is shared outside FGN only where required for the stated purpose and permitted by the applicable privacy terms.

Marketing communication

Marketing communication is optional and is never bundled with the request itself. FGN sends marketing communication only if you separately opt in, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to any FGN message.

Analytics and measurement

FGN measures how visitors use FGN.Business so the site can be improved. Analytics records the page, the form type, the request intent, campaign source, and whether a submission succeeded or failed.

Analytics never receives names, email addresses, phone numbers, organization names, free-text answers, or the content of any submission.

Security and retention

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in an FGN-controlled destination with restricted access. FGN retains request records for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to the request and to meet record-keeping obligations.

FGN applies automated controls to prevent automated abuse and duplicate submissions. These controls use short-lived technical signals and do not create a marketing profile.

Your choices
