Built Through Gaming. Expanded Through Simulation. Evolving Through Federation.
FGN has developed and integrated gaming, simulation, spatial learning, creator engagement, broadband, routing, and application capabilities into one company focused on the Real-Time Internet.
Who FGN is
One company behind the Real-Time Internet.
FGN federates independent broadband operators with real-time, fully-managed Solutions for ESports, AI inference performance and Simulation game skills challenges at scale.
Federated Gig Network
Participation across independent networks extends reach beyond any single service area.
Performance Intelligence
Latency, jitter and packet loss are observed across available paths so delivery reflects current conditions.
FGN Owned and Operated
Esports and Gaming, Simulation Skills Challenges and AI Inference Performance are delivered through operator markets.
The Federated Gig Network and FGN Solutions are available today. Performance Intelligence, EtherOS and the FGN Marketplace are being developed and released in stages, and each is described on its own page with its current state.
How the company fits together
Independent networks, shared performance, and Solutions delivered locally.
Each part below exists because the one before it made it possible. Read together, they describe what FGN is today.
- Federation members
Independent broadband operators
Operators keep their brand, their subscribers and their local network responsibility while participating in a wider environment.
- Network federation
The Federated Gig Network
Participation across independent networks extends reach beyond any single service area.
- Network performance
Performance Intelligence
Latency, jitter and packet loss are observed across available paths so delivery reflects current conditions.
- Managed solutions
FGN Owned and Operated
Esports and Gaming, Simulation Skills Challenges and AI Inference Performance are delivered through operator markets.
- Coordination and distribution
EtherOS and the FGN Marketplace
The coordination layer and the distribution layer are being developed in stages so applications and services can operate across the Federation.
- Communities and partners
Communities, partners and employers
Participation, programs and commercial opportunity land in the markets the operators already serve.
How FGN evolved
Built through gaming. Expanded through simulation. Evolving through federation.
These milestones describe capability rather than legacy brands. Each one came from work with operators, partners and communities.
Fiber Gaming Network
FGN began by working directly with broadband operators on gaming, competition and community engagement in their own markets.
Gaming and community engagement
Tournaments, leagues and community programs showed that gaming gave operators a way to be present in the experience rather than only in the bill.
Simulation and skills challenges
The same engagement model was extended into simulation based challenges that connect participants to training and employers.
Spatial Experiences and creator engagement
Acquired technology added spatial learning and creator engagement capability, integrated into FGN rather than operated as separate brands.
Federated Gig Network
Independent operators were brought together into a federation that extends reach while each operator stays independent.
Performance Intelligence
Observation and path selection were added so real-time workloads can be delivered based on current conditions.
EtherOS and the FGN Marketplace
The coordination layer and the distribution layer are being developed in stages so applications and services can operate across the Federation.
The story in four parts
Where FGN started, how it expanded, and what it is now.
Select a chapter to read it.
Gaming was the first real problem worth solving.
Independent broadband operators had strong local networks and strong local relationships, and very little to offer on top of connectivity. Gaming was already happening on those networks, which made it the first place FGN could add something people wanted.
- Started with broadband operators, not with a platform
- Built around activity subscribers were already choosing
- Learned the operating realities of independent networks
- Kept the operator brand in front of the community
Competition led to simulation, and simulation led to pathways.
The same participation that filled a bracket could be pointed at something with longer consequences. Simulation based challenges gave communities a way to try real work and gave employers a way to see interest and persistence.
- Simulation challenges built on the engagement model
- Spatial Experiences added through acquired technology
- Employers, agencies and organizations joined the programs
- Community participation became a measurable program outcome
One company built around the Real-Time Internet.
FGN federates independent broadband operators with real-time, fully-managed Solutions for ESports, AI inference performance and Simulation game skills challenges at scale.
- Federated Gig Network for reach across independent operators
- Performance Intelligence for delivery based on current conditions
- EtherOS and the FGN Marketplace in development in stages
- Three Solutions delivered through operator markets
Capability was integrated, not collected.
Metameisters and Creatraction were acquired and their technology was integrated into FGN capabilities. Neither is an active market facing brand today, and neither operates as a separate product line.
- Spatial learning capability integrated into Solutions
- Creator engagement capability integrated into programs
- No separate brands maintained in market
- Capability governed under one FGN architecture
How FGN works
Four principles that shape every deployment.
These are the operating commitments behind the Federation, the Solutions and the programs run in operator markets.
Operators stay independent
Federation participation is additive. The local brand and customer relationship remain with the operator.
Capability over brand collection
Acquired technology is integrated into FGN capability rather than maintained as separate market facing brands.
Claims tied to evidence
Performance statements are tied to a defined pilot, an agreed baseline and a stated measurement methodology.
Built in stages
Capabilities are described by their current state so partners can plan against what exists today.
What FGN brings together
One company, seven working parts.
Each capability came from real work with operators, partners and communities rather than from a whiteboard.

Frequently asked
Straight answers.
Is FGN a new company?
No. FGN began as Fiber Gaming Network working with broadband operators, and has expanded into simulation, federation, performance and application capabilities.
What happened to Metameisters and Creatraction?
Both were acquired and their technology was integrated into FGN capabilities. Neither is an active market facing brand today.
Where should a first conversation start?
With the outcome you are trying to reach. FGN maps that to the Federation, Performance Intelligence, EtherOS, the Marketplace or one of the three FGN Solutions.
